Returns Policy

This returns policy forms part of our terms of service.

We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your watch to us for a full credit, exchange or refund within 48hrs of you receiving your watch. A restocking fee may apply subject to our discretion. 

Please note that discounted, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All watches are meticulously checked and cleaned prior to dispatch and for further peace of mind, we offer a 6 month warranty provided by Royal Watch.

In some cases, watches may have the original manufacturer warranty in place.

We do not provide any guarantee on water resistance on pre-owned watches.
