Since the 19th century, Cartier has been an innovator in the world of haute Horlogerie, bringing an elegant, luxe style to ingenious craftsmanship.

A modern marvel as one of the first ever wristwatches at the time of its invention in 1904, the Santos de Cartier has evolved into a true icon. It was created by Louis Cartier for the famous Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont, who wished to tell time while flying. The recognizable design, defined by rounded angles in the dial, a seamless curve of the horns and exposed screws, has inspired countless reinterpretations over the past century.

This second generation of the Santos 100 now with ADLC is fitted to a brand new Cartier replacement strap (the same strap the watch originally comes with). The watch shows minor spots around the bezel and case, we'd rate the overall condition as 8/10 as a result. 

It is supplied with a Cartier travel pouch only.

- All watches sold by us are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic and original and have been checked against our records to ensure authenticity.

- All watches have undergone a thorough inspection by our watchmaker to ensure they are functioning within the manufacturer specification, prior to being sold.

- We do prefer to not polish watches, watches can be polished on request.

- The age of the watch is determined by the date on the paperwork. If no paperwork is available, an approximate age is determined.  We do not accept any liability on the accuracy of the age of the watch we provide.

- Bracelet and/or Strap sizes may vary. A pre-owned watch may not always be supplied with a full length bracelet and/or strap depending on how it was received when purchased by us. Please check with us before purchasing .

- All prices include VAT. VAT can be deducted when exporting outside of South Africa by us.
