Produced for approximately 9 months, the reference 168000 is a transitional model between the 16800 and the 11610 references. It uses upgraded stainless steel (904L instead of 316L) and that is the only real difference between this model and its predecessor. Due to the extremely short window of production, this is a rare and desirable Sub model.

This example supplied as a complete collectors set including its original box, warranty papers stamped 1988, booklets and both swing tags is something uncommon in terms of completeness these days.

The watch features a well preserved thick case, fitted to a 93150 bracelet. Its original tritium dial appears to have some moisture marks, adding furthermore to its originality, the lume markers and hands evenly matching.
